Billy has been adopted by our very own Nancy Taylor,
co-founder of RERSI.  We knew eventually it would
happen and one of these rescues would end up
being a permanent resident, but we never expected
for a match made in heaven like this one!  Billy follows
Nancy around like a puppy dog and we expect that
he will follow in good old Magic's footsteps and be
the next horse of Nancy's dreams.  Congratulations
you two, we expect great things and lots of dressage ribbons in the future!

after he brought down from Canada.
